Photshop freezes on windows 11

My photoshop freezes while editing anything I've tried all the various ways to fix it but unfortunately i can't 

If anyone can help me out would be great

There can be multiple reasons. Do you have hardware that meets minimum specs Photoshop system requirements (adobe.com)? Do you have enough RAM memory? Is your GPU compatible? Go to Help > GPU Compatibility, what you see?

 

Open Task Manager > Performance > Memory > do you have lower number on tthe left side?

Yes, it's always lower while using photoshop. I'm currently running gtx1650 with i5 10th Gen 

I've even tried unchcecking the gpu processor but no change
