Photshop on second computer is triple the size

Hi

I have a desktop Win 10 and a laptop win 10.    Just installed PS and PP on the Desktop.  Premiere is fine.  But Photoshop does not fit on the page.  All the icons and text are enormous.  I uninstalled and reinstalled PS but it turned out the same way. 

I find no setting for resizing it. Though it might exist.   I am unable to work with this monstrosity.

An odd coincidence is that Facebook pages on Firefox are also enormous at 100percent.    But that is another story

Not sure how much tech stuff to mention. It is the most up to date photoshop CC.  The computer is fast with lots of ram Win 10 Pro  If any of  that matters. Thank you

Thank you very much.  It was on auto.  Iput it on 100 percent and it is normal
