photshop shotcuts not working

A few days ago, my photoshop CC shortcuts just stopped working.

I already have tried reseting the preferences and reinstalling photoshop completely.

does anyone have an idea what to do ?

yes, i have the same problem, with the clear new install of latest version of photoshop 2019 in win10.

It seems that the preset of the new photoshop is NO PRESET SHORTCUT. I change the shortcut setting manually with some basic command like ctrlz ctrlc~v.

I guess why some of the people do not encounter this problem with latest photoshop is because they "update" the photoshop to the  latest version so they kept the old shortcut files and they are using that old shortcut file.

Have you tried to edit keyboard shortcuts and using the pull-down and loading Photoshop default shortcuts.  See if Adobe's work where your do not. If you have saved yours load them.

    I have tried to change the shortcuts and also to reset them. It didn't work : (

    What exact version of Photoshop and OS do you have, is it happening to all shortcuts, please provide as much detailed information as possible
