Picture breaks up when scrolling

Hi,

I'm not quite sure how to explain this issue but after a short while of having an image open in Photoshop 2021 v22.0.1 the image break up into what looks like 4 equal pieces but moving separately when I zoom it. If I save the file, close Photoshop, then open everything again it's fine for a while then goes back to how it was before

So when zooming in or out rather that the image moving smoothly it is in pieces
