Picture is blurry and pixelated

Hello!

I dragged a picture from my files to photoshop and it is all pixelated and blurry. This doesn't happen with any specific pictures but all my pictures. I did try turning on and off my PC but that didn't work. My photoshop is updated. How do I fix this issue?

What is your zoom level? Change it to 100% and see if that fixes it.

Hi

In the newer versions, it is in the lowest left. Cmd+1 is the shortcut for 100% (Ctrl+1 on Windows), or you can type it in.

I just looked at your image that you just posted — you are zoomed to 345.01%. Notice also that your image is very tiny. It's only 128 px by 128 px. It should not be pixilated when viewed at 100%.
