Pixelate an Image to a Given Number of Cells

Hello,

I'm trying to pixelate an image to a given number of cells, but all filters/pixelate options allow me to control the "cell size" only rather than the number of cells in the output image.
Is it possible to control the number of cells in these filters?
If not, what is exactly the meaning of the cell size? Is it related to the number of cells somehow?

Thank you very much in advance!

Hi, @Ory_K ,

Great question.  So this process (unfortunately, for math-impaired people like me) involves a little math.  For example, if you have a 1000-pixel wide image and choose a mosaic cell size of 50, you'll get 20 squares wide..  Let me know if that makes sense..
