Pixelated images

Hi,

I am using Photoshop v 20.0.7 (but this can also happen in the latest version).

Recently Photoshop has left the images pixelated when importing to another file, no matter if the image is resized, it ends up being very pixelated.

Anyone having the same trouble? It is a bug or something?
