Placement bugs occuring.

Hi,

I have recently begun using photoshop and illustrator as a pair.

I created a logo using illustrator and when i want to place it onto photoshop documents - this occurs. (Below images)

I have tried exporting it in many times in different ways from illustrator and the problem still occurs. i have even copied the paths into a separate document then tried to export for it to still persist.

The only way i can get it from one to the other is if i have copies all the paths in illustrator and directly pasted into photoshop - which fixes the problem momentarily. But, i don't want to send this to colleagues or clients for it to happen again.

I'm unsure if its the file, my photoshop, the export or what... but i found it hard to find the words to describe this problem to troubleshoot the forums effectively.

Any help is appreciated.
