The message appears both when exporting from Lightroom and when opening the file in Photoshop.

I reinstalled programs, installed older versions - nothing helps

Are you opening the file from a network?

Use Save As and save with a different name.

Try using the plastic filter on the renamed file.

If still not working, then is it only the plastic filter that is not working?  

What are your system specifications?

What version of Photoshop?

What operating System and version?

What is the plastic command? Could you please post some screenshots to illustrate the issue?
