Please fix crazy scaling of styles in copy paste

Early summer 2023 a bug was introduced that if you copy a Stroke style of say 4 px, next image you paste this style the stroke width will be mutated  You'll have 1 px, 13 px, 19 px. It never makes sense.

Same with saved styles. Stroke width is not what you set when you apply the saved style. You wind up with a wildly mutated stroke value.

It's enormously time consuming that copy paste of styles is broken. For months, never fixed.
