Please help! Photoshop app for iPad

I'm really hoping someone can help... 2 days ago my photoshop app for iPad wouldn't load anymore and kept coming up with "please check your network connection and try again" I have signed out and back in, I have updated my payment method, I have deleted the app and re-downloaded the app, I have tried different Wi-Fi connections, I have made sure the date and time is correct. I have pretty much tried everything and have had no luck as it is still happening.. I desperately need the  app so I can finish a clients edits but this has been going on for 3 days now with no end in sight 😩 please could someone help me...

Hey, @Charlotte-lei33935952sjqi. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out. What version of Photoshop & the iPadOS are you working on?

 

We've released an update to Photoshop iPad (v5.3) in the last 24 hours. You can search for Photoshop on the iPad in the AppStore to get the update. Please update & let us know if the issue exists.

Hello Sameer, thank you for your response. I have updated the photoshop app to the newest version and I am also working from 17.1.1 iPadOS.
