Please help with the "artboard" settings.

I don't understand how to return the transparency of the artboard ... HELP !!!
I used the default settings and disabled GPU support, but nothing seems to help.
I need artboards with transparency as I need an "export as" function to export.
Unfortunately, I don't find an intelligible answer in the community, and the Adobe developers are treacherously silent.
