Is this the first time you have installed the particular Topaz plug-in in question?

If you have used it with a previous version of Photoshop, it might be easier to simply reinstall the Topaz plug-in so it knows where to find Photoshop.  You should always download the install file again to make sure you are using the most up to date version.

If you are still stuck:

• What version of Photoshop?
• What operating system?
• Which Topaz plug-in?
