plug-ins and extensions not working on new computer

Have just bought a new computer.
Reinstalled/downloaded photoshop cc: 2020 successfully this is working including camera raw.

Have reinstalled Nick affects.
Have re- downloaded Interactive Luminosity Masks

Neither Nick affects or Interactive Luminosity Masks appear to be attached in any way to photoshop cc: 2020 on my new machine where on the old machine they worked perfectly adequately with the photoshop cc: 2020 which was on that.

What should I do?
