Plugin not working in Latest Version of PS

I use Remove background a lot in PS 2022. I have purchased this plugin and have over a 100 credits available. However, when I try to use the same plugin in PS 2023, it shows 0 credits. I login to the plugin website and it shows my credits, I don't have those credits in any later version of PS. How do I fix this? Please refer to screenshots. The first show the plugin panel indicating 0 credits. The second screenshot shows the plugin panel with how credits I have. Why doesn't the same plugin in both versions of PS, work in one and not both? Do I have to remove the plugin from the later version on PS and reinstall it?
