PNG Animation Sequence Exporting Multiple PNGs

When I export a PNG animation sequence, Photoshop exports 30 individual PNG images instead of an animation seuqence. How can I get it to export as an animation instead of individual images?

Current settings:

 

File > Eport > Render Video > Photoshop Image Sequenences 

Format: PNG

Range: All frames

Alpha Channel: Straight Unmatted

That is what you are exporting is the sequence frames not an animation.

If you want to export an animation follow these instructions to create a gif not a png:
