PNG file animation sequence

Hi I have a PNG file which is a sequence from left to right in the 1 file. Is it possible to load this file or render it so I can play the sequence?

Example is a chimney stack on the left and the further to the right you look on the image the chimney has more and more smoke coming out of it and then down to no smoke again. Then the sequence should restart.
