PNG not staying transparent

 Hi, I have noticed that other posts have been discussed about the background not staying transparent but I'm having the same issue but I'm having the same issue.  as you can see the background is transparent in photoshop but when I export it as a png and upload it on my site the background is white.  What am I doing wrong?
