@Aleke Great! thats awesome news. Maybe you could see if you can reproduce the other bug I shared as well then. I believe its probably a very similar issue. That zooming and moving the canvas with the mouse switching back and forth mouse and pen, is often causing issues.

Hi @Aleke I just tried now, with WinTab there's no problems with panning while doing polygonal lasso. But with Windows ink it is a problem. I happened before on my previous Cintig Pro 24. And now also with my Cintiq pro 27 and also on my other machine which has a cintiq pro 24. I hop it's a bug you can reproduce and fix, because using WinTab is slower/less responsive and not a good solution in the long run. 

I have the latest wacom drivers and I use Windows INK. Though, as mentioned for the mouse problem. Its when you switch from using the tablet and then suddenly start using the mouse the bug appear. For the polygonal lasso tool Im not sure if it's the driver or just a bug in photoshop, but I will do a test and switch to Wintab and see if it works better 🙂

Im not sure I'm able to film it, because you would need to see me clicking space bar as well. I'm currently on the latest version, but it has been a problem for many versions. It's while using a tablet. There are a couple of problems with a tablet and photoshop, and this is one of them. It happens on both my PC's also before I reinstalled, so I think it's a problem with my setup alone. 
These are the main bugs I experience when using my Cintiq 24 and now Cintiq 27. Im on a PC using Photoshop 26.2.0. 
-Polygonal lasso tool and spacebar(move). It's only with this tool. half the time when I start selecting and want to move the canvas, it doesn't work so I have to cancel the selection and start over. 
-Often when using a mouse together with the tablet, the zoom (holding z and scrub) with the mouse doesn't work problerly, THe image start shaking like crazy or zoom out maximum amount, instantly. But when zooming with the pen it works again.

Could you share a short video to show the issue you're experiencing? Have you noticed this happening with the polygonal lasso only or is this also occurring with other tools? Also, could you clarify which version number of Photoshop you're using?
