Porquè dejò de funcionar la modalidad de Filtro càmara Raw en mi notebook?

Dejò de funcionar la modalidad de Filtro Càmara Raw y se bloquea completamente en esa pantalla, luego al presionar las teclas Alt-Ctrl-Supr, esta acciòn no me permite cerrar Ps  desde el Administrador de tareas quedándome solo la acción de "cerrar sesión". También tengo problemas en Lr, ya que no aparecen las fotografías en la tira de miniaturas inferior.

Stopped working filter Camera Raw mode and stops completely in that screen, then pressing Alt-Ctrl-del keys, this action does not allow me to close Ps from Task Manager leaving me only the action "close session". I also have problems in Lr, since aren't pictures on bottom strip of thumbnails.

Are Photoshop and OS fully updated?

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
