Possible BenQ SW270C Monitor Issue

Question

I'm considering the purchase of a BenQ SW270C Photographer momitor for my photographic work. I use Photoshop CC and Lightroom Classic. Before making the purchase I have a query relating to it's compatibly with my existing system.

I have read that, if the system uses the older the MBR boot mode (Legacy), as mine does, and not the newer UEFI mode, the Windows 10 POST and Bios screens will not appear on the BenQ during boot ing thus preventing one from entering the Bios.

Has anyone experienced this and, if so, is there a workaround.

Hi. Perhaps people here have personal experience with this monitor and your configuration, but a question like this is most likely best answered by BenQ, themselves, as it's an operating system issue, and not particularly an Adobe issue.
