Possible to access CC libraries in layer style window?

I have a smart object that I'm utilizing a color overlay on. When I open the layer style menu to apply the overlay, I can not access the color library I have set up. Is there a work around for this? Working quickly I want to see color changes/options quickly and in the actual file instead of editing the smart object, saving, and waiting for it to relink.

When you open the Color Picker from within the layer styles dialog you should be able click on the your image then drag the eyedropper over to the Libraries panel and sample a color.
