Prchased and paid Adobe Photoshop 2018 software has not been downloaded.

At the end of last week, I purchased Adobe Photoshop 2018 software to be downloaded to my computer.  As of this date it has not been downloaded.  Neither has any software been mailed to me.  This is my fourth request for help.  All three Adobe responses do not address my problem.  The $79 charge appears on my VISA card leger sheet.  If I do not get my problem resolved this time, I am going to cancel my order on my VISA card for lack of delivery of a purchased product.

    $79 sounds like the upgrade price for Photoshop Elements 2018, not for the subscription Photoshop CC 2018 which ccomes with Lightroom.

    Did you get a serial number with your confirmation email?

    If so, download from here, install and enter your serial number.
