PREFERENCES > GRIDS and GUIDES not working properly

I’m still not getting the result I need and I’d appreciate any help. Thank you

Again: I am NOT setting the grid lines with NEW GUIDES or NEW GUIDE LAYOUT

I am setting the gudes with PREFERENCES > GRIDS and GUIDES

input: 20% and 1 subdivision

This is my result. This is the complete image. (Black background is NOT part of the image.)

The guides are correct horizontally; not correct vertically.

This is a known bug and engineering is investigating. As a workaround until it is fixed, you can roll back to 23.0.2:
