Prepaid Abo funktioniert nicht

Moin zusammen,

Ich habe mir heute den Prepaid Abo von Adobe Creative Cloud Fotografie runtergeladen und die Creative Cloud sagt ich hätte nur eine Testversion von Photoshop die in 7 tagen abläuft. In meinem Konto steht ich hätte das Abo, aber sobald ich die Creative Cloud öffne sagt er ich solle die Programme kaufen.

Was soll ich jetzt tun?

Ich war am Anfang halt echt skeptisch mir so ein Abo zu kaufen für 150€ und jetzt fühl ich mich natürlich auch bestätigt.

Vielleicht kann mir da jemand helfen.

    I got today the prepaid subscription down loaded by Adobe Creative cloud photography and creative cloud says I have only a trial version of Photoshop in 7 days expires. My account says I have the subscription, but as soon as I open the creative cloud he says I should buy the programs.

    What should I do now?

    I was just really skeptical to purchase as a subscription for € 150, and now I'm also confirmed.

    Maybe someone can help me.

    Try this: Sign out of the CC Desktop app, then sign in.
