Preset files for new documents disappeared

I'm having trouble with the presets for new files.

All the presets disappear when I try and make a new file, and have to manually input size, dpi, RBG/CMYK, for each file.

Once I make a new preset and save it, I can make a new file with that preset, up until I close and open photoshop again. It then disappears again, and that saved preset is gone.

So all my "print" "video," etc, presets are disappeared and if I try making a new preset for a document it only stays for that period until I close photoshop.
