Preset issue new version [Mac presets file location]

Hello, 

I updated Phostoshop yesterday but I loose all my preset. When I want to opened my preste file it doesn't work. Do you know why? Thks

    Mine all disappeared too on Windows. All other updates I've done, this hasn't been a problem. It took me two hours to set everything back up. I guess I could have searched where they were saved in the previous version but still a real unexpected headache

    I am a Windows user and don't know how program files are laid out with Mac systems but this link will tell you if you did not already know.  Navigate to where your presets are stored, and check the previous version.  With Windows they often get left behind when updating.

     

    This is what it looks like on Windows.  I'll change your subject to help attract the right people to your thread.

    I purchased my preset which is stored on "my document". 

    first error message is "Due to a problem initializing CC Libraries, existing links to library graphics will appear broken and new link creation may fail".

    Mays be should I uninstall the news version to download the old one? I regret to update it... Everything is working untill now
