Pressure for Opacity and Size Button Not Working

From System Preferences and the Wacom Desktop Center, pressure is detected on my One by Wacom tablet. However, Photoshop only follows the default pressure setting on System Preferences, so the button for pressure for opacity and size would not alter its sensitivity at all. Same goes with adjusting a brush size and flow jitter as well. 

Devices: MacOS and One by Wacom Tablet

Things I've already tried doing:

- installed Photoshop 2021

- downloaded the latest Wacom Driver

- allow the Photoshop app for input monitoring

- reset Photoshop to default setting
