pressure keeps turning off every time I switch brushes

This is impossible to find help online with so i need to ask a pro. please help.
the pressure in opacity and size always turns off and i have to click the toggles on every time i switch brushes.

what can i do to keep them perminently on. 
Belive me this will save me XD ive put up with this for far to long 😞
