Preview file .psd (Mac Finder)

I cannot see preview of psd file on the deskstop and many times the preview is blue or another color! Thank you.

i have mojave 10.14.3 and the last photoshop release!!

I also have 10.14.3 on my 2012 MBP. Allow me to see what's going on.

This is CC 2019, 20.0.3? When did this start happening?

If you are on Windows that's normal without additional extension installed (sage thumbs for example).
