Price increase
I am writing as a long-time subscriber of Adobe's Creative Cloud Photography plan. Recently, I was informed of the discontinuation of the 20GB Photography plan for new users, along with a price increase for existing users.
I wanted to express my concern over these changes. The 20GB plan has suited my needs perfectly, as I do not require extensive cloud storage. The new 1TB plan, while offering more storage, is significantly more expensive and does not align with my requirements. As a result, I now feel that I am being asked to pay for storage that I do not need, which is frustrating.
While I understand that Adobe is moving towards offering larger storage plans, I would like to respectfully request that you consider offering a lower-cost, non-storage plan for users like myself who do not require 1TB of space. This change feels particularly difficult for customers who have used Adobe products for years and are now facing forced upgrades to plans that don’t align with their usage.
Adobe’s products have been an integral part of my creative workflow, and I sincerely hope that Adobe will consider more flexible options for customers with modest storage needs.
