Print Colour Hit and Miss

Windows10 had some upgrades that totally screwed with my colour profiles in Photoshop.  Its hit and miss if I get the colour I planned for when using my Epson or Canon Pro large format printers... one older one new.  I've read that Windows10 is the culprit so I was wondering Adobe had the capability to work around this when it comes to printing.  I usually print a 4x6 proof then will do a large format print... it seems that when I do achieve a good 4x6 and the print the larger one right after, it ends up with a green tone and is slightly faded.... yes all the inks are new and are either Epson or Canon... paper is high quality...etc...  Its so hit and miss...  Thanks

The problem started with the Sept 18, 2018 update.  I don't have the name of it... and all the newer updates had not addressed the issue.. typical of Microsoft they don't think their updates were the issue...

It has nothing to do with printers.... its a Win10 update that seems to have screwed with ICC profiles and I was wondering if anyone at Adobe (Photoshop) were aware of this and might have been able see if anything could be done on their end.
