Print one Copy issue CS6

Hello all,

I'm encountering an odd problem with the 'Print One Copy' command in Photoshop CS6.  If I open a document and choose this command the resulting print scales down to about a 1"*1" print.  This is regardless of the size of the document.

If I open up the standard print window, all settings are correct. If I change nothing and just print from there, it prints as expected.

If I open the standard print window and cancel out, and than use print one copy, it will than print fine !

Any ideas?
