Print sizes for all users.

I tried searching but didn't have much luck. I'll freely admit that I am not a Photoshop user but I work for a school and the Art teacher would like to be able to set an image to 2 x 3 (4 x 6) in cropping mode and when she goes to print the sizing be set for 4 x 6 as well (print scaling shows a different setup each time). Is there any way to accomplish this? Version being used is CS6. Multiple users will be signing in to print (Windows domain).

OK, I think I see what you're doing. 2x3(4x6) is just a ratio, so it doesn't indicate an actual size but rather just the proportions. If you use the setting I showed above, it allows you to enter the size (see how it's 4 in, not just 4). So it will keep the crop tool in the correct proportion and then when you check OK to commit the crop, it will resize to the indicated size. So you get the correct proportions and the correct size.

So I'm a bit confused, are you cropping down to 2x3 and then wanting to resize to 4x6? If so, you can do this with the WxH Resolution setting. If this doesn't answer your question please let me know.

    Thanks

The option she selects is 2x3 (4x6) but when she goes to print the print scaling shows sizes other than 4x6 each time. Is there a way to make the scaling match what is set via cropping?
