Printing is blurry, shadowy

Hi

Just recently, when printing from photoshop i am getting like a haze/glow around things. Kind of makes everything look blurry Looks more obvious on dark colours like black and burgundy.
If i print from word or do printer test pages everything is crystal clear. But anything from photoshopp is awful, ive tried everything, any ideas?
