Printing Margins are different in Photoshop 2019 vs 2018

We just installed new Canon 810 printers. When we print in Photoshop 2019 (20.0.5) the margins are off from what we see on the screen. It crops off our artwork. When we go back to print in Photoshop 2018 versions, it prints fine. Any thoughts? Thanks!

    What size is your image and paper size?

    Same settings in both Photoshop 2018 and 2019.

    Image and paper size is 11x17.
