When I click on print and click on my printer, I can't access the "layout" When I click on "layout", the program crashes.

@Pekeris Hold the space bar when choosing the Print Menu to reset print dialogs. If that doesn't work - check for updated printer drivers and install or reinstall your current.

Followed your instructions but didn't work for me. Here is the message I get when I click on "Layouat."

HP14505F (HP Officejet Pro 8610) Document properties

Fault. (exception code 0x0000005)

The application property sheet page(s) may not function

properly.

There is a weird change every time I attempt for "Layout." The number under "Function Address" changes.

Can you print and access the "layout" from other applications? (You didn't say.)
