Printing sticker designs- Set to a specific size on my canvas but print smaller

Hi,

I am printing sticker designs onto sticker paper and cutting them on a cricut cutting machine. On my canvas in photoshop they are 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches. When I go to print them I make sure my settings are at 100% so that nothing gets cut off. However, they come out 1 1/4 x 1 1/4 !? A quarter inch smaller than what I wanted them to be.

What am I doing wrong?
