Problem after install

No matter which version of Photoshop i install, when the program is done to install and i open it and click on new and set dimensions for the new artwork i want to create, the program becomes full of white and black stripes.

What can I do to solve this problem?

    Check that you have the latest driver for your display adapter installed and that you do not have two different GPU enabled for Photoshop.
