Problem after upgrade Photoshop

I have a problem with stamp, cut, brusher etc. All tool is start and end from the left.

Wersja programu Adobe Photoshop: 21.1.0 20200212.r.106 2020/02/12: x64
System operacyjny: Windows 7 64 bity
Wersja: 7 SP1 6.1.7601.24545

It's a known issue and has been reported to Adobe

You can revert back to version 21.0.3 from the CC app until Adobe fixes the issues with this new update
