Problem flipping photos in Lightroom when they are exported into Photoshop

Question

Working on a Mac OS 12.0.1. In Lightroom Classic 11.0.1 after flipping a photo either vertically or horizontally and then exporting it to Photoshop 23.0.2, the photo has been fliiped in the wrong way. I.e. if I have flipped it horizontally in Lightroom it will appear flipped vertically in Photoshop. Or, if I've flipped it vertically in Lightroom, it will appear flipped horizontally once exported to Photoshop.

Hmm. I cannot reproduce:Does it happen with all files? Can you share the file with the metadata applied or with the sidecar settings?
