problem rendering video on photoshop

Hi, 

I have tried rendering my animation on photoshop and it comes up with a message saying 'the dimensions or frame rate are too large' ?? it's only a few seconds long so im not sure what's wrong. I don't want to do something that will effect the quality or size of my image either.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
