Problem to save file on Mac OS AFP/SMB

Good evening,
I'm opening this ticket because I use Photoshop at work and I'm having problems saving data and opening it using the AFP or SMB protocol. I use a Qnap and Sinology NAS with around 80TB of data. the problem occurred to me when I changed Macs within my company (from Intel to Arm), and the message is always the same "Getting a Could not complete request because of a disk error." Can anyone help me?? I see that many of you are having the same problem as me. I would like to point out that both QNAP and Sinolgy are updated to the latest release available. Thank you
