Hi, i use the latest version of photoshop cc 2017 and  windows 10 64 bit (build 16257.rs3)

About a week ago i can not use all the tools correctly. Example

Using the brush tool instead of coloring drags the image and so on with all the tools.

What can be the solution?

I apologize for my English but I'm using google translate

ok i reinstalled the driver (6.3.23-1)

i try on Ai and the pressure go (uncheck use windows ink)

i try on affinity and work

i try on krita and work

Please do these steps in this order

1.)Photoshop menu Edit>Preferences>General Click the Reset Preferences On Quit Button

(Uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop does not reset User ID Photoshop Preferences)

2.) Create a file PSUserConfig.txt in you user ID Photoshop Preferences folder

  "C:\Users\your Id\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2017\Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 Settings"

   with these two lines:

# Use WinTab

UseSystemStylus 0

3.) Use Wacom Tablet Preference File Utility to remove all Wacom Preferences one you machine start new.

4.) Open Wacom settings.

     Add Application Photoshop

     A the Pen device

Use pen Mapping tab for Photoshop un check Use Windows Ink  - For PS I also force proportion monitor 1

Use Pen Tab turn Tip Double Click distance OFF

Use Touch for Photoshop Standard Gestures to set you preferences for Photoshop.

5.) Wondows Control Panel Pen and Touch

Flicks Tab Un Check "Use flicks to perform common actions quickly and easily "

     Pen Options Tab

     Press and hold   Right-click Settings

Un Check "Enable press and hold for right clicking"

So try going to factory defaults and see if that works.

  1. Quit Ps
  2. Hold Ctrl+Alt+Del whilst starting up Ps.

Try resetting your Wacom Intuos Preferences. If the does not fix your problem try resetting your Photoshop preferences. I configure Photoshop and wacom to use Wintab API for Pen stpport not  Windows INK.

the version of wacom driver is the latest, the version of windows 10 is 1703 build 16257.1

if i uncheck " use windows ink"  and insert psuconfig in photoshop config i dont have pressure on the brush

P.S.

Both photoshop and wacom drivers have been uninstalled and reinstalled

Try resetting all tools.

To do this

  1. Choose any tool,  e.g. the Brush Tool
  2. Click on the arrow alongside the tool
  3. Choose Reset all tools.( you will lose any customizations you may have made)
  4. Ensure that the "Always use Pressure for Opacity" and the "Always use Pressure for Size" is enabled.

Let us know if this works.

If not you may want to try and rest preferences to factory defaults
