Problem with ALT - Glitching eyedropper

Question

Hello everyone
I've been having a problem with Photoshop for a while now, a few weeks ago I bought a new MSI laptop with Windows 11 operating system - When I draw on the tablet and try to download a color my dropper stutters terribly, it takes 2 seconds for it to switch to dropper and then back to brush. Has anyone had a similar problem? I've already downloaded drivers for wacom, windows, reset tools, went back to previous versions in Photoshop but I have the same problem in each. Strange because on my 12 year old MacBook everything is working fine. I ask for your help and thank you.

Hi @jakubf64929823 sorry to hear this. Have you made sure all your drivers are up to date?

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
