Problem with crop ratio in PS CC 2019

I'm experiencing big problems with the crop tool in the latest PS CC 2019. Its not possible crop with free crop ratio.
If I start by creating a crop, - I'm not able afterwards to adjust the crop freely. The ratio is locked. I've tried to reset by clicking "clear". The select box is in "ratio" mode, - which should allow me to select a free ratio.

Anyone else experienced this, - or have a solution?

Hi, try to reset your photoshop preferences. Go to Edit > Preferences > General and Click "Reset Preferences on Quit and then restart photoshop.

    Thanks.

Hi, I had the same problem in Clasic Mode Crop Tool. You should go to Preferences > General > and check the Use Legacy Free Transform option. It works for me.

I've got the same problem since updating to CC 2019...

    Reset didn't help for me

Now I need to hold down shift when resizing the crop box in order to make Photoshop ignore the original box ratio... Annoying!
