Problem with Fill Command

First pic shown black outline in one channel. Second pic shows closed area filled with colour as second channel. My question is whenever i fill foreground colour, it fills one pixel extra which is clear in second and third pic.

    With Anti-Alias. Thank you friend, you solved my subject. It does not fill extra pixel with if we unmark anti-alias.
