Problem with library synchronization

Hi, for a few days I have had a problem with automatic synchronization of libraries, when I create a project and upload it to the library and then edit it in Illustrator, the project does not update in Photoshop, a yellow mark appears (you have to update it manually each time) I recorded a screenshot, this is For me, the key function is automatic updating of libraries, please help.
