Problem with my files

Hey, 

So I have been having this problem for a while know. Everytime I access some of my works, it keeps giving me a pop out error that says , " could not open "File Name" because of program error." I tried in saving them as a large file document and a photoshop document but I still get the same message. 

Do you guys know anything that I could do to fix that? because it keeps getting annoying.
