Problem with my PS Extension Panels

I'm using PS 21.1.1 release and since the upgrade my extension panels do not display all the intern buttons.
The panel's dimensions can not be extended. This is as well for PS panels as for third party panels.

Any idea how to resolve this?

This works indeed, but to have good sized palettes the 'Scale & Lay-out' must be set to 100%.
Any greater value make the palettes too big to be workable.

I want to add that Tony Kuyper gives a better solution: in an upgrade for the TK7 panel he allows the user to extend the panel dimensions with the mouse.
Off course it works only for his panels.
